A discovery call is a free, no-pressure 20-minute conversation where we talk about where you are, what you're hoping to work through, and whether 1-on-1 coaching feels like the right next step. There's no obligation and no pitch. Just a real conversation.

If it feels like a good fit, we'll talk about next steps. If it doesn't, I'll do my best to point you toward something that will serve you better.

Twice a month, we gather online — one meeting for women, one for men — so that everyone has a space that feels theirs fully. Whether you're brand new or have been on this journey for years, you'll find a community of people who get it, no explanation required.

Each meeting includes a topic of the week, time for open sharing, and a small goal you set for yourself before you leave. It's the kind of honest, consistent support that used to only exist in expensive therapy offices or hard-to-find 12-step rooms. Now it's here, every other week, for $30 a month.

We start by defining exactly what freedom looks like for you, and every session moves you closer to that goal. By the time we're done, you'll leave with tools, clarity, and a completely different relationship with yourself — not a calendar reminder to book next month's appointment.

Sessions cover identity, shame, faith, sexuality, triggers, communication, and whatever else is most relevant to your story. You choose the path. I walk it with you.
